Currently, we only accept one payment method per order.

When you place an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method.

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.

Ken Scent S.p.a. can ask Paypal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank, before the actual charge is made to the customer’s credit card. This verification may cause some delay in the confirmation of your order.

Ken Scent S.p.a. reserves the right to refuse an order if Paypal is unable to receive a check from your bank.
