If you connect via computer you will need to take care to test the audio and microphone before carrying out a videoconference session. You can use your choice of a Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, Opera, or Internet Explorer browser.
If you connect via APP via smartphone or tablet, they must have an IOS or Android operating system.
Do I need APPs or programs to use Ken Scent services?
To use the chat assistance service, you can log in directly from the kenscent.com website with your credentials, or download the Ken Scent APP for IOS or Android smartphones and tablets.
